About the Event
The Run AWAY 5K is a unique race that takes participants across varying terrain and through cabbage palms, cypress hammocks, marshes, and lush pine flat woods, with glimpses of Grassy Waters Preserve and the Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park. The race is conducted in partnership with the nonprofit Resource Depot, which works to inspire creativity, conservation, and community engagement through reuse.
