9th Annual Be a Hero, Run for a Kid 5K
Kakes 4 Kids is a local, non-profit organization that celebrates the lives of over 400 foster and underprivileged kids in South Florida every month. In order to continue spreading joy, we need your help! Be a Hero! Run for a Kid!

Join Kakes 4 Kids for our 9th annual Be a Hero, Run for a Kid 5K! Run down the beautiful Hollywood beach on this flat and fast certified 5K course! Whether you’re running for fun or chasing a new PR this course is for you!
The race will be chip timed with all participants receiving a personalized results page, finisher certificates and a 15 second clip of you crossing the finish line! There will be preliminary results kiosks available after you finish to check on your time! SMS messaging will also be used to notify you of your time! Timing is provided by Southern Timing, LLC
All participants will receive a T-shirt, goodie bag & finisher medal! Awards will be given to the top 3 overall Male & Female runners as well as the top 3 Male & Female Runners in each age group!

Kakes 4 Kids is a 501C3 non-profit organization that celebrates the lives of foster and underprivileged kids in the South Florida community.
